DIY Golden Striped Pillow

Here is a quick tutorial on how to make a golden striped pillow.

I'm obsessed with the colour golden as it is such a rich colour.

I like to add golden coloured items to my room as it stands out and make the room look elegant and pretty.

This pillow is very easy to make and can be customised to any colour of choice.

Making this pillow is so inexpensive as I got the ribbon for 19 rupees that is less than a dollar from a local craft store.

Lets start with the tutorial!

SUPPLIES:

1.Pillow

2.Ribbon (colour of choice)

3.Glue-hot glue gun/fabric glue

4.Scissors

TIME NEEDED:

30 minutes.

METHOD:

1.Glue (hot glue gun used) the ribbon (golden brown ribbon used) at the back of the pillow starting from the top portion.

2.You can only cover the front side of the pillow with ribbon if you want as I did or can cover both the front and back side of the pillow with ribbon.

3.Cut the excess ribbon at the back and start the next line covering with ribbon again leaving some gap between two ribbons. Continue to stick the ribbon till stratified.
