DIY Girl Boss Mug-The paint won't wash off

Coffee mugs are so in trend. I have seen people having cool mugs all over instagram and tumblr but such mugs are expensive as well. Lets DIY a coffee mug and it is permanent, the paint does not come off even if  washed, with just one simple technique.

SUPPLIES:

1.Mug
2.Print out (Girl boss)
3.Scissor and Cutter
4.Plastic Sheet
5.Permanent marker
6.Tape
7.Colours and Brushes

METHOD:

1.Place the plastic sheet on the printout and use sticky tape to tempoarily stick the plastic to printout so that it doesnot move. Use a permanent marker and trace out the printout onto the plastic sheet.

2.Use a cutter to carefully cut the plastic sheet so that we get a stencil of the printout. Place something under the plastic such as a cutting board or a newspaper to protect the surface underneath.

3.Cut and adjust the plastic sheet stencil and stick it with the help of sticky tape to the mug.

3.Use acrylic colours to colour the mug.

4.While the paint is still wet peel off the plastic sheet carefully.

5.Don't worry if the colour spreads here and there, take a toothpick and clean the colour. If there are some blank spaces it could be covered up with colour using toothpick.

BAKING:

Now to make the paint permanent it needs to be baked. Bake the mug for 30 minutes for 350 degrees. After 30 minutes turn the oven off and let the mugs sit in there until it cools down.

There you have it GIRL BOSS mug made by yourself and the colour does not comes out if washed!
You can use it as a coffee or tea mug or can be used as a decor item!
