DIY Dreamcatcher

Dreamcatchers were originated by the Ojibwe people. It is said that if we hung it near the bed it gives good dreams and the bad dreams are trapped it the ring .

SUPPLIES:

1.Embroidery Ring
2.Strings (different colours)
3.Feathers
4.Beads
5.Glue

METHOD:

1.The embroidery ring has two parts and we need the plain inner part.

2.Take any colour of string of your choice and tie a knot at the top of the ring.

3.Then start tying the string to the ring forming upside down V shape and tie a knot also at the bottom.

4.Glue the knots so that everything is secure.

5.Tie another string at the top to hang and glue that as well so that it is strong. Hang the dreamcatcher so that it is easy to work with. Add beads to the string and attach it to the base.

6.Also attach the feathers. Show some variations with the string by braiding two strings together.

7.I also attached features to the ring with the help of glue.

The dreamcatcher is ready you can show variations in this by using different types of stings. Hang it near the bed to have good dreams.
